About Us
Paradise Property Management and Sales is owned by Carol Griffin, a licensed Community Association Manager and Real Estate Broker. Paradise Property Management and Sales is located in Palm Plaza near Silver Sands Factory Stores at 10221 Emerald Coast Parkway, Suite 28, Miramar Beach, FL 32550.
Carol graduated from Georgia State University in Atlanta and majored in business with primary emphasis on accounting and finance. Carol has been in real estate sales since 1992 and has been a Broker since 1997.
Carol is proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Quicken and QuickBooks and has developed and controlled budgets in excess of $700,000 for two Associations, one a Homeowner Association and one a Condominium Association.
Carol was formerly the Business Manager of a major Atlanta Radio station. In that capacity and as the Treasurer of two major associations Carol has developed excellent employee interview skills.
Carol has written personnel policies and job descriptions and implemented a standardized employee evaluation system resulting in more dedicated and productive employees for their respective associations.
